Public buildings mentioned in this bill include all structures permanently installed on public land. The New Guild will hold and preserve full-permission backup copies of all public buildings and as far as practical textures used to create public buildings.
The New Guild will enter into agreements with builders of all public buildings (past and future) using the attached form. This agreement transfers limited IP rights to the New Guild.
All IP rights transfered by this agreement will be held in trust for the CDS. On request of the RA or Chancellor any or all IP rights will be transfered to the CDS.
In the case that the New Guild is dissolved or it's charter revoked all property belonging to the New Guild will revert to the CDS.
