On my last tour of the sim - to admire the fury of new building activitiy - I noticed that Eugene's mill and Cid's weather observatory seem to still not have recovered from the Great script exodus of Neufreistadt and they currently stand as an empty hull with major elements remaining and a random selection of floors without any walls respectively.
At the moment it might not look so bad since the current building activities mean that they more or less resemble the status quo but I anticipate it might not be too long before they start to stick out like eyesores.
Is there anything we can do about this? I trust the Guildmaster has already tried contacting the owners in question over this several times - should we contemplate returning the items when it is deemed they have not been maintained for a period long enough to constitute a covenant violation?
