It shows how one goes about building a sim. Viewing this might help us non-builders understand the process a bit better.
It should also be mentioned that you need to pre-plan and pre-build as much as possible as tier [i:23larej3]begins [/i:23larej3]the day the island is delivered. This is a bit hard as you don't know how long it will take LL to deliver once the order is placed.
So, financing needs to be completed, land rates determined, the RAW files need to be complete, mapping prepared, both general areas and plot maps, textures gathered, roads & water planned, landscaping ready to go, models built, plot pricing, promotion, and covenents, pre-sales, etc.
