Hello, I am leaving the CDS and would like to recoup some of the money I have been pouring into it over the time I was here.
My land on the north road leading out of the walled city is up for sale, as is my prim land down by the river beside the bridge.
I paid just over $11,000 Lindens for both together (roughly $5,500 each), but this can be considered a "fire sale." I am interested in any reasonable offer even as low as half price, but I would rather lose all the money than sell to someone who is going to be a jerk about it or just wants to flip it for profit. So if you are cash strapped this could be a good opportunity to pick up some land for a bargain, but no evil capitalists need apply.
I am more interested in giving the land a "good home" and giving it to someone who really wants/needs/appreciates it.
