The next RA meeting will take place on Sunday 2 September between noon and 2pm SL time in the Rathaus, Neufreistadt.

The RA discussed a 'Board' structure for resolving the IP rights issue and the possible development of a 'Head of State' empowered to enter into such agreements on behalf of the CDS. The meeting went on to discuss whether it was necessary for 'the CDS' to have legal personality in the real world and how that might be achieved. The meeting resolved to continue discussion of these ideas on the forums with a view to considering a proposal at a future meeting.
2. The RA briefly touched on the idea of a 'mission statement' for the CDS.
3. The RA resolved to consider the electoral reform proposals at its next meeting when, hopefully, all proposals would be ready for discussion.[/list:u:1y6w7bu1]
