We have arganised an afternoon of fun and educational events: an amazing live electric blues concert, a lecture on alternative dispute resolution efforts in SL, and a rock / space age live show. I hope all of you can attend some or all of these events, as described in detail in the enclosed notecard.

Se you all soon!

Venue: El Partal Plaza, Al-Andalus Alhambra [/b:1wnhgh9s]

[b:1wnhgh9s]Date: Thursday, Sseptember 13th, 2oo7[/b:1wnhgh9s]

We are excited to invite you to a fun and educational afternoon previewing the two-sim Al-Andalus Caliphate Project, scheduled to open on November 1st, 2007.

The Al-Andalus Caliphate Project reconstructs 13th Century Moor Alhambra and builds around this virtual space a community of individuals willing to explore the modalities of interaction between different languages, nationalities, religions and cultures within a political and juridical space shaped by authentic Islamic principles.

As such, it is a social, political, legal and social project that takes advantage of the opportunities offered by the SL platform to develop virtual communities around a fixed virtual place and model its growth and development with real individuals from accross the world - all while intergrating a sense of gaming, entertainment, and sheer fun.

While I congratulate you on the opening of your sim, I fail to see how this is a CDS event.

Unless you are planning on using these sims to affiliate with the CDS? It would be an interesting way for the CDS to expand. :D
