Outcomes:
1. The CARE proposed constitutional amendment was not passed. (Ayes - ThePrincess. Nayes - Beathan, Brian, Jon, Patroklus).
2. Dnate's electoral reform proposal was voted on, with the absent RA members casting their vote over the following 7 days on the CDS forums. (Ayes - Beathan, Brian, Jon, Patroklus. Nayes - ThePrincess). Bromo has since cast his vote against the proposal.
3. The CARE 'RA Size Bill' was tabled for discussion at a later meeting.
