Outcomes:
1. The RA requested that the Executive Branch (Treasurer) should prepare a budget for this term. This should include committed and projected expenditure for this term including new sim, web portal, oktoberfest, events budget, winter holidays.
2. The RA approved the covenants for the new sim and gave authorisation for purchase once 1/3rd of the lots (by value) has been pre-sold.
3. The RA held a question and answer session with the Chancellor.
