I've put my valley plot in Neufreistadt up for sale. It's plot P-190 in a nice quiet corner of the sim with nice quiet people on either side. I put it up for sale because I wasn't really using it much and because....
I've decided to relocate to Colonia Nova. I bought the old Guild plot B.02 on the south edge of the sim (it will be right next to Alpine Meadows when that comes online) as I fancied a bigger plot to make a home on. For now, I've rezzed a small Roman temple and a skybox way up high. And I've also managed to run out of prims so, if anybody is interested in selling prim lots in CN let me know. I would buy the other two plots available in CN but they're both on the Forum and better suited to businesses than to satisfying my lust for yet more plants and furniture!
I haven't totally abandoned NFS though, I'm keeping 1460 Haney-Linden Strasse on the Marketplatz (the CSDF Headquarters).
