AM road names

Hi everyone,

Here's your chance to give suggestions about the road names for AM. I will try to post an updated map soon, but you can go on thinking already.

Mind that the road names will have to be approved later on.

The west --> east road that goes to the Monastery and DT parcels could be named "Abbey Road",
but perhaps there's something better. But having names is better than nothing.

We could also have Penny Lane for one of the side streets.

We could call the long north-south road between NFS and CN "the Autobahn"

It's funny, I think, because the road is not really meant for cars!
Also, it's a long song (by Kraftwerk), suitable for long roads with beautiful scenery.

The Autobahn seems like a good name for the main road from Neufreistadt to Colonia Nova!
(Hopefully we will also make this road much more driveable!)

Other possibilities would be Tour des Alpes (Thank you Bjerkel!), or Via Alpina.

Personally I would like to see the names Rosa Corsa (for a major road) and/or Roseweg (for a minor one).

If we're going to name a street after the sim proposal writer, then it would be appropriate to name a street after a builder/designer as well.

As for additional naming of streets after people, choosing one person over an other is a recipe for trouble and should be done carefully or instead, non-personal street names could be chosen.

To me it seems like a good idea to name streets after other CDS luminaries as well, especially Diannestrasse.

We could also have Sleazygasse , Sleazy-Writer-Gasse, or Sleazy Alley.

Can we have a road named "Klosterweg", that means "road to the Monastery". It can be the small road behind the Monastery.

Do we want to have roads have a single name as the cross sims? Or do we want the name to change at the sim boarders?

My opinion is, it would be better for roads to keep the same name when they cross sims.

They could change names where there are important shifts (like in RL), but so far I don't think we have any shifts so striking as that.
