Owing to a sequence of events which began back when LL announced that they were phasing out the last Class 3 servers and replacing them with Class 4's, NFS has just been upgraded to a Class 5!
To the best of my knowledge, Colonia Nova remains a Class 4 server (LL says that no upgrade is available at this time), and AM is a Class 5 server (for which we pay an extra US$100/month).
If you *must* know all the details beyond what are indicated in the Support Ticket attached, be prepared for a very long story.......
