RA Meeting 9 Dec - Outcome & Transcript

The next meeting of the Representative Assembly will be on Sunday 9 December between noon and 2pm SL time in the Praetorium, Colonia Nova.

Outcomes:

• 1. The RA had a brief discussion of the CDS Guided Tour Bill and agreed to discuss further at a future meeting when the bill's proposers could attend. In the meantime, the RA recommends that the authors discuss the issue with the Executive Branch as this may be more for the Executive to deal with.

  2. The RA passed the IP Licensing and Content Archivist Bill as amended by the meeting and approved a budget of L$15k to cover the costs of compensation for Alpine Meadow content.

  3. The RA discussed the issue of ban lines and whether there was a need for legislation or amendment to the covenants.

  4. The RA discussed the sale of prim lots which contravene the restrictions placed on them.
