I see now that the debates in CDS have a traditional format. We'll follow precedent tomorrow. Each Faction will be allowed a 5 minute opening statement, followed by a thirty minute period of questions from the audience, and three minute re-cap/wrap up. Questions from the audience will be fielded by the faction to which they are presented, or, if to all factions, in alphabetical order, i.e. CARE, CDSF, DPU, Simplicity.
