This is a note to all factions -
When campaigning, e.g., holding meetings, talks, speeches, etc. to put forward information - could you record it and paste a transcript in your faction's forums section- so that anyone who may not be able to attend for RL reasons can still see what was discussed?
Make sure you obtain permission to do so from everyone who speaks.
