Not everyone can attend every event - it is just a fact that RL interferes with the fun which is SL. I encourage everyone to post transcripts of their meetings, discussions, whatever, so that everyone can see what transpired.

Make sure you get permission to do so from those attending - or conversely, ask if anyone objects to have their comments logged in a transcript.
