From the implied parallelism, it looks as if "members of the" applies to all four items after it. There are members of the RA, of the SC and of the MoP, but what do you meant by members of the Chancellorship. The chancellor is the only executive branch member elected. Everything else is appointed, AFAIK. Do you mean for things like the PIO and Treasurer to be also term limited?
