I agree on Arria's proposed revision... as:

"The Faculty may veto a Board vote to remove the Secretary of the Board with 2/3 vote of the Faculty."

Not sure if thats an aye or a nay.

Result of the vote:

Votes: 5
In favour of keeping the veto power: 3
In favour of removing the veto power: 1
White: 1

I ask the Secretary of the Board to make the needed changes in the text of the Charter.

20. The Faculty may veto a Board vote to remove the Secretary of the Board with 2/3 vote of the Faculty.

Now the Faculty can vote the new charter.
