Chancellor removal and replacement

The CDS RA voted to remove Alexicon Kurka as Chancellor yesterday, and selected Pip Torok to serve the three week interim term.
I think there's continuing concern about this act, and expect more conversation about it shortly. It's possible that the act will be appealed.
See the last two RA transcripts for details, yesterday's just being posted now. I've communicated with all the relevant parties, and in the meantime, it's my job to provide this official notice. Let's please handle this with civility, bearing in mind that all parties should be treated with respect.

The CDS RA took the following two actions yesterday, pertinent to prior annoucements:

1. The RA repealed the removal of Alexicon Kurka from office last week, because the assumptions made in that vote proved not to be correct.
2. The RA voted to reprimand the Executive Branch for failure to communicate properly its intentions on the matter of resolving the disputed payment instructions that were the topic of the removal motion, and about which the RA had insufficient information last week.
