Request to Committee Chairs Re Scheduling

Hello!

I'd like to make an effort to keep the CDS Calendar up to date so that meetings can be scheduled in non conflicting ways where possible. If meeting chairs would forward dates and times of anticipated meetings to Brian or I when you schedule them, we can put them on the calendar right away. Also, when you are discussing times to meet, please check it for conflicts first. If you don't have "notice" powers, and you'd like a group notice sent of your meeting, put your information on a notecard and pass that to one of us as well.Generally, I''ll handle the in world communications and Brian will handle the web communications, but we both want to make sure our citizens and friends are informed of all the opportunities to learn and get involved that we can.

Because of that, you can expect to see more group notices of regular and meetings this term. If you hate getting them, all you need to do is turn off notices from the group on the INFO tab.(i can help you with this if you don't know how, just im me in world.) When we get the system fully functional, you'll be able to access dates, times and announcements on the portal, calendar (and these forums) as an additional resource.
