The CDS 4th Anniversary coincides with the official opening of Oktoberfest in Germany on Saturday, September 20, 2008. We have some great ideas kicking around for this year, and need your input and help! We'll hold two organization meetings next week at times conducive to different parts of the world, probably on Thursday at 2 slt and 7 slt.
In the meantime, I thought I'd open this thread for comments.. what would you like to see on the meeting agenda? What did you like/dislike about Oktoberfest and other celebrations in the past? Are there things you'd like to see incorporated that haven't been? This is the place to let us know! This is a real celebration for our community, and there is a place for everyone to participate. And merchants, be thinking about what you'd like to sell in the market... the more in theme the better!
