As you may know, Aliasi Stonebender kindly continues to serve in the role of CDS Content Archivist. This is not an executive branch appointment, but rather is a special appointment of the SC under NL 7-10, the IP Licensing and Content Archivist Act, see http://portal.slcds.info/index.php?id=212
However, the CA does work with the government's executive branch.
