Why this particular choice? Is there going to be a rationale attached to the bill explaining why particular choices were made?
Should the exact proportions of the flag be specified? Should the exact colours be?

In the forums a month or so ago, the question of new flags and marks came up. To my knowledge, Dianne and Gxeremio were the only citizens to actually produce designs, each of which hangs outside the designer's Platz shop. I'm proposing we adopt Dianne's.

Good point. Dianne's design is a bit atypical in its orientation and aspect ratio. Do we want to keep that or rehash it into a traditional flag shape?
