I do not think it would be correct to "burden" the current landowners to support an expensive sim that really would benefit the few. I have been thinking about returning the the CDS. My spaceship is currently over a private sim but the estate has shrunk from 10 sims to 2.
I may need to relocate soon but the CDS is well expensive. It is the best looking sims in second life, Caledon has lost something with its growth and some of it is has become shabby. I am sorry Desmond but it is true.
One must remember that there has been a price increase to European Union residents due to the fall of the Euro and their VAT tax. The British pound has dropped in value as well.
With so many lots available in the "Roman" areas it would be ill advised to put in a specialized sim.
I looked over the posting and it is more complex that the regulations that cover power generation and water flow at Lake Keystone! That is a Corps lake and owned and operated by the United States government.
