[11:40] Moon Adamant: there is need of a discussion on who this increase falls
[11:40] Moon Adamant: the third product - the full sim - is the MORE versatile product
[11:40] Moon Adamant: let's look at AM

[11:40] Moon Adamant: it's the least populous of our sims, and yet it is a full sim
[11:40] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Exactly, and as Ranmatold us today, she was looking for a plot there for long...
[11:41] Moon Adamant: my point here is that i think Symo has derived the GMP in great part from the concept of densities
[11:41] Jamie Palisades: and it's physically pretty
[11:41] Moon Adamant: and for middle densities like AM, my gut feeling is that the full sim IS the best option, because of the multipliers
[11:42] Moon Adamant: which doesn't exclude
[11:42] Moon Adamant: that we assign Homesteads for specific functions in our territory
[11:42] Moon Adamant: but again, and as said, there is a need to review the land pricing/sim pricing question
