Election Details

A few words about the election:

1. As usual I will be setting up the election machines around the sims at Noon SLT, Saturday, 10 January. Generally you click the machine to receive a password via private IM and then use the password to log into the web-based voting system.

2. Polls will be open for one week and close at noon of the following Saturday.

3. If you cannot be in-world during the election, please email me at [email protected]. I will generate and email you a voting password. I will accept requests on any day before next Friday. (Note, please use the full spelling jonathan.seattle@gmail.com as jon.seattle@gmail is some other person who I am sure gets a lot of unwanted mail about me .) Please send this request via email so I can keep a record.

I went to the voting booth in the NFS plaza and received a password and a url. But when I visited the url the booth gave me for the voting website I wasn't able to access it. I received a message ""/home/jonathan/votesl/../votesl/voting/templates/ballot" does not exist
You're seeing this error because you have DEBUG = True in your Django settings file. Change that to False, and Django will display a standard 404 page."

Admittedly this is my first election, but what could I be doing wrong? I tried both Safari and Firefox brousers.
