Summary of the actions taken at New Guild Board Meeting, February 1, 2009.
1. Election of Faculty Chair. Jon Seattle elected as Faculty Chair, 3 aye, 1 abstain, (Faculty only vote)
2. Election of Board Heads of Department. Sudane Erato elected Head of Financial Department 12 aye, 2 abstain.
Rose Springvale elected Head of Admin Department 9 aye, 2 abstain.
3. Inworld Faculty Discussion - organization. Discussion included agreement to hold in world meetings and active forum thread as well as seeking individuals and organizations outside CDS to participate
4. Colonia Nova City SE Corner Re-deployment. Work group awaiting approval of budget by Chancellor, Chancellor awaiting access to budget. Access granted and Chancellor requests that any budget that's adopted by the guild as an official recommendation in an open meeting be published (whether on google docs or otherwise) in a manner that is world-read.
