Land Caretaker (Sonja Strom)

I am pleased to confirm that Sonja Strom also has agreed to serve us for another term as one of our two budgeted land caretakers. This means that she has SL estate powers and land group officer permissions, to clean up and deal with various CDS land issues.
(Obviously, Sudane Erato and I do, as well.)
I note that Sonja also has been elected to the CDS RA as a legislator. I do not see a substantial problem with conflict between that unstipended legislative role and this stipended administrative role. So I will assume it's an acceptable overlap, in lieu of hearing any objections.
