[11:31] Rose Springvale: one of the problems that i continually have to deal with when showing land to outsiders is that our covenants as posted on the sims are not consistent, clear and in some cases.. for example, nfs, they lead to a dead end and give no real info
[11:31] Rose Springvale: check the land tab here, you will see it hasn't pointed to the portal
[11:31] Rose Springvale: now

[11:31] Rose Springvale: i have taken it on to review all four sims

[11:32] Rose Springvale: in the general document, i've tried to consolidate all the terms we have that are alike in all four, and in some cases, made suggestions where they SHOULD be alike.
[11:32] Rose Springvale: well, i have been through two covenant sessions with the guild.. and i konw how rushed we are
[11:32] Rose Springvale: we do the best we can

[11:33] Rose Springvale: but i think some format will make it easier in the future

[11:33] Rose Springvale: anyway, i've sent this to jamie for him to look at, but i expect he will recommend the guild look at it. there are a few things that will require RA review
