AM Monastery Reparcelling

Post by Timo Gufler »

As agreed in the latest New Guild meeting I prepared a reparcelling plan for the Monastery of the Alpine Meadow. The parcel was split into two parts, the smaller one of size 1024 m² (C5) and the bigger one of size 2048 m² (B7), matching the standard sizes of the AM covenant. Some land was taken from the slope area of C5 and given to B7 to make the C5 wider in the W-E direction while keeping the sizes unchanged.

Re: AM covenants for Monastery

Post by Sonja Strom »

This is a cross-post to: http://forums.slcds.info/viewtopic.php? ... 485#p13569

Since the Monastery has been moved to its own sim, it would be good to revise the covenants on Alpine Meadow that describe the land where the Monastery used to be.

That can be done very easily by the new RA. Just remove the concerning articles and mentions to Monastery.

Re: AM Monastery Reparcelling: covenants

We have done some other work on covenant harmonization also, this term. Will ask to have it turned over to the new government, who I expect will have a number of covenant change proposals. Likely they will include finalizing covenant updates to the Monastery and Al Andalus sims. Regards JP
