Notice of zoning approval action in L.A.

Under the covenant procedures described at http://forums.slcds.info/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2112
I have been asked to approve another private structure in Locus Amoenus. As before, I reviewed it when requested (about two weeks ago) and have preliminary conclusions; our rules permit me to seek an advisory opinion from our Building Approval Commission (BAC), but that group currently has no active members. Results will be posted, as usual, to the Executive Branch forum thread. See http://forums.slcds.info/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=2484.
Other persons who create private builds in LA also can have the benefit of this pre-approval if they wish, by giving the Chancellor similar notice. After which the government is required to act in 15 days or else the structure automatically is deemed approved.
