I am not sure why you are in a bad mood. One would thing it would take more than efforts of one expat. My bitch is the three factions are mirror images of each other on important issues such as union and they fight over what is unimportant aspects. When I wrote that the majority are "renters" and not citizens if refers to being active or rather inactive in government. Yikes! it is worse than real life when the ordinary citizen only can vote once every 2, 4 or 6 years and does not have a real impact on the candidates chosen. So in the CDS there is no real choice on who they can vote. The last elections went like this, you can vote for Union, Union or Union. WOW! what a choice!
My beef with the CDS started with the establishment of Colonia Nova. I was always there for the Neaultenberg sim and did not like the fact that resources were to be split with a sim that displeased me. I gave it a try anyhow and due to my deployment to Iraq lost touch with the community due to a lack of internet service. I truly hated Union and when I reentered the CDS thought it was not going to happen. Well I was mistaken and when confronted with the fact it was going to happen left.
About being a "quiter", I am not the only one who left the CDS in disgust and think am in a rather noble and talented group. Thus I am proud to be in the company of these people! Again I ask you why are you in a "perpetual bad mood"? You have won all of the battles! You will soon the be estate owner of 8 sims and could probably sell them and pocket the money. Being outside of the United States it would take a mighty effort to get any money back. I do know that you would never do this ill deed but it is possible. A thing being possible is not the same thing as saying a person is likely to do such.
Well enjoy yourself in the online community you have created and ask yourself why so many people threw up their hands and left and please work on your mood. Life is too short to be grumpy!
