Brian owns a shop in Colonia Nova and i think he still owns his original parcel in NFS and possibly others. He's also our soccer captain! Just in case he doesn't get back here to reply!

I imagine he just had to downsize, given money's tight all around. (Really, I probably didn't NEED to spend the US$100 on the land... but I had it saved back anyway.)
Don't worry folks, this rabbit isn't going anywhere. 
In short, I am starting up with my graduate studies full-time in another week, which is going to mean a couple more commitments to juggle. With that in mind, I took a hard look at my current time and financial commitments and made some decisions. So, I'll be returning my main residence to NFS while maintaining my shop in CN.
