I just checked our Doodle poll and we expect to have a quorum this Sunday.
Accordingly if you have any items that you'd like placed on the agenda, please let me know ASAP as I'd like to publish a proposed agenda by noon SLT Friday. We can always agree at the start of the meeting to add items if we have time, but it's better if I know ahead of time what's coming up so we can plan our time together effectively.
On a procedural issue, I'm thinking that using Doodle to assess the quorum possibilities in advance of each meeting would be a good idea. There's not much sense in meeting if we aren't going to be able to do business. And it also occurred to me that the same poll might be an efficient way for RA members to request a 7-day vote: anyone who responds to the Doodle poll for a meeting negatively would be understood to be requesting a 7-day vote automatically. How would you all feel about that?
Cindy
