The extension of the CDS concept to the mainland, Arosa Village, is now taking form. There is a small village center, with a cooperative store in it for residents to have things for sale. There is a community sandbox for residents. Land and a few houses are available. There is also the beginning of a small Village Council.
The area still has a “mainland wildness,” but slowly its appearance is improving. 
A Premium SL membership is not required to have land in Arosa, but CDS citizens who are Premium SL members may use their free 512m SL mainland tier allotment (included in the Premium account) toward an equivalent amount of tier on a parcel in Arosa.
