Maybe it's worth of reminding, that the clocks were turned one hour back at least in European Union, while United States still uses DST until November 1. This should be remembered, when converting from SLT to European time zones.

Well it caught me out, unlike Stui. I was an hour late to the RA meeting on the 25th. I wonder how many missed appointments the time-mismatch caused around the world?
