Because i still get blue notices in my email, i got this notice yesterday
There will be a Scientific Council meeting on the 2nd at the Praetorium, in Colonia Nova, regarding the citizen census and planning for the election. If you have a personal interest in the matter, be there! 
The title to the notice says 2 pm slt. The notice was sent at 6;37 pm my time, so 4:37 pm SLT.
There is, as far as i can see, no notice on these forums visible to me at this time regarding this meeting. There is nothing on the CDS calendar.
I submit that EVERYONE in CDS has a "personal interest" in this matter. However, it is less that 24 hours notice on a holiday weekend. I am not optimistic that many people will either see or be able to attend this meeting.
Due process is a major part of any democracy, and due process includes adequate notice and an opportunity to be heard. I know the SC will take into consideration the important issues this meeting will decide, but doubt that i will be able to change my plans to attend.
