Constitutional Amendment Regarding Factions

Post by Carolyn Saarinen »

As proposed at the RA Extraordinary Meeting 10 January 2010:
Using my 7 day vote. In respect of the motion, as defined within the above meeting, to amend the existing role of Factions within the CDS Electoral process, I vote "Aye" in favour of the motion.

I refer readers to the post at http://forums.slcds.info/viewtopic.php? ... 157#p14157. In which Joaquin Gustav states:
"Using my 7days, I vote AYE to amend the existing role of Factions within the CDS Electoral process"
By my reckoning, this makes the vote 9-1 in favour of the motion.

For everybody's information, the Constitutional Amendment seems to be shown here, with the additions in bold characters and the deletions in orange:

To which you have to add Gwyneth's additional points, as stated in the forum post immediately following the above.
