Notice of enforcement action: misleading use of CDS logo

I received citizen complaints that a business located in CDS used the CDS logo (our white owl on a black shield) to advertise a different, unrelated SL land development with similar Alpine themes.
I investigated and found the sign, on a public street near the Neufreistadt marktplatz. When I clicked the CDS logo, it gave me a landmark and a notecard advertisement for a different land project.
In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with signs on private property in CDS that mention other SL land projects. However, it is inappropriate to use the CDS logo, using our "brand" to sell land in a competing similar estate.
I notified the sign owner, and after 2 days with no response, ejected the sign.
