The Silver Pen Group had its first in world board meeting yesterday and will be moving forward with programming in SL. Several of you have stopped by to introduce yourselves, thank you. Many of the Silver Pen folks are brand new to SL... still figuring out controls, how to move, etc., so any assistance you can give them is appreciated. They are planning many events to be held in SL, but really need a little more experience in SL to be effective. If you know of events that are appropriate for them (they are much more interested in content based events... political and government meetings don't help them much) remember to invite them along! Particularly interesting to them are writing workshops, readings, plays, etc. They also hope to do some university accredited courses, and are interested in speaking to others who've done these or worked with a university that has.
