I was a bit surprised, in the aftermath of the UKs inconclusive election, that the old CARE faction seems to have stood in a number of constituencies
Or am I a bit confused after staying up late for the results?

There is talk people were turned away from voting in East London. I heard a women on BBC say she was just about to get her ballot when the official said it was unlawful to do so over after 10pm. There were not enough clerks, ballots and stations, wonder if this effected the election? In America if a person is in que at closing they are allowed to vote. Another official said the officials did not act within the law.
