Google Calendar

Currently times for Representative Assembly meetings seem to change very often and if you don't follow the forums actively, you easily miss something. Since the CDS has Google calendar, that can be a very powerful shared time management tool, would it be possible to keep the meeting times up to date there? That would help both the representatives and citizens. Thank you.

Thanks, Sonja, for a quick update. I must say, I was myself very confused about the times as well as some others seem to be also. It would be good to have a single place, where the latest dates are available, instead of trying to interpret long message threads on the forums...

I agree, and a fully inclusive calendar of all CDS events. When i served as PIO, I made it a point to read the forums and pick up the events people posted here. I also tried to contact the recurring groups to assure that there meetings were going on as scheduled and to send notices via in world group notice. For the most part, people appreciated the service.
