1. Recommendation to the SC from SC Dean that waivers to NL 5-6 be granted to both EO's: Sudane Erato and her registered alt Rudeen Edo, and Rose Springvale. Each of these EO's has requested waivers from the SC. The recommendation of the SC Dean is that these waivers be retroactive and extend through 15 August 2010 (shortly beyond the end of July date for finalizing the merger) with an option to renew the waivers for both if needed.
2. Recommendation to the SC that this body examine NL 5-6 for noncompliance with current LL policies, inconsistencies with NL 5-5, Treasurer Act (http://portal.slcds.info/index.php?id=181), intent regarding CDS management of land and rights, and other problems that may be identified. This SC report would be given to the RA with a request that the legislative body update the Estate Owner Act as soon as possible.

D. Complaints of lack of civility and violations of Forum Guidelines in CDS Forum posts.
