it seems to me that with your program and the automated tier boxes, we might be able to eliminate software expense as a recurring payment too. That sounds like a win-win for CDS.

I wish you'd respond to the Why question though. If all these reports that everyone seems to think are so valuable now were available all year, why didn't you give them to us, as treasurer? Why didn't AA get the support it bargained for?

A line item on a balance sheet is not a "recurring expense". In the case of software, it is payment made for content provided which has permanent value. In the case of the line item on our balance sheet indicating a software asset, this was a payment approved by the RA made to the developer of the software we use in the old CDS sims for the administration of the parcels and the collection of tier.

I can only respond to clearly put questions which I understand. What reports are you referring to? And what does it mean to ask "Why didn't AA get the support it bargained for?" I can only account for the money collected by the avatar account known as Rudeen Edo. In this I have been entirely thorough... the receipt and expenditure of every L$ has been accurately reported in the monthly financial reports. If you have a clearly expressed question about these reports, I'm more than willing to answer it in detail.
