The RA has asked the NG to propose a re-parcelling of the plot AH2 in Alpine Meadows. The following drawing is a suggestion to be discussed at the next NG meeting:

Basically, and following the principles of parcelling used in the AM, the A plots have double the area of B plots, which have double the area of C plots, which have double the area of D plots.
So to respect that principle, i am suggesting that AH2 be cut in half in the E-W direction to create two new plots - labelled 'new BH5' and 'new BH6' on the drawing. I suggest also that BH5 keeps being a residential plot and that BH6 becomes a prim plot - with vegetation - so to create a buffer to CN border.
Mind that BH6 can be further subdivided into C plots or even D plots - this will depend too on how many prims does a prim plot need.
