Resident vendor?

I notice that there is a shop set aside on the Marketplatz for "resident vendor", i.e. for citizens of Neufreistadt who do not wish to have their own dedicated shop to sell various items in a general communal store.

Does anyone have any idea when it will be running? I ask because I have made two small items of furniture for my house (I made them because I could not find any suitalbe furniture with few enough prims) that it might be worthwhile selling there for a low price. It seems sad to see the shop empty when we have run out of land.

The "City Store" has been on my "to do" list for the longest time. If anyone would like to volunteer to set up a unique looking "in-theme" shop there, so we can provide the space for it's intended purpose, I'd certainly be thrilled .
