At the 16 September meeting the RA...
1) Approved a constitutional amendment placing a time limit on vetos by the Chancellor
2) Approved an amendment to the Estate Owner Act
3) Approved the Civil Service Act as amended
Votes on items 1-3 were unanimous in favor by those in attendance
4) Cast the first ballot on the chancellor election, which was deadlocked.
