After a happy 4 year stay in the southern Neufreistadt valley, I noticed that I'm rarely there these days, so surely someone else who enjoys it more can use it. I will retain my fachwerk up inside the city walls, making my current holdings a little closer in size to other ex-RA colleagues in retirement. But on March 1, so that my own rent on them doesn't keep running forever, I will send these two large parcels back to the CDS government, and I guess they'll be sold -- the way that the government does this now is no longer clear to me, but traditionally the re-purchased prices have seemed oddly high.
If someone wants to buy it directly from me before then, that's fine, just make me an offer.
