The RA announces the appointment of Aliasi Stonebender as Neufreistadt's first Chancellor. Ms. Stonebender was elected on the second ballot with voting as follows:
Voting for Mr. Murakami : Adamant, Seattle
Voting for Ms. Stonebender: Desmoulins, Eldrich, Soothsayer
