Upgrade list by citizens

I have started a document that can be viewed here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1sND ... y=CL3V1v4D that is a list of suggestions from citizens on what needs updating in the CDS sims.

This list will be added to as people give their notecards to me, or if you prefer you can post them to this thread and I will add them to the document.

Please note the document is not ordered by preference in any way, it is only ordered by sim name.

Thanks. This is a great way to jump start and define the discussion about how to improve the CDS.
