I'm having a mostly enjoyable experience here in CDS, but must admit that I'm a bit disturbed by the discrimination I'm finding; some people are required to leave 40% of their space open and with trees, while others are allowed to fill 100% of their space with building and few if any trees.
Additionally, though this is supposed to be 1st C C.E., many buildings are Renaissance, which is completely out of time.

Zone H (Hamlet). Located on the north of the sim, adjacent to Locus Amoenus. Buildings in this zone should resemble styles of alpine Europe, mainly alpine cottages. Structures may be no taller than 20 meters. Buildings must preserve a distance not inferior to 2 meters to neighbouring plots. Plots must have an open area for garden or woods not inferior to 40% of the area of the plot. Plots must feature no fewer than 4 trees per each 512 m2 of plot area. A person cannot own more than2 parcels or 3072 m2 in this zone. Plots in this zone are named H.0
